between Nutri-Huang, ("Nutri-Huang " or "we") and each user
("you" or "user") governing the use by you of this site. Please read

PARENTAL
SUPERVISION & PERMISSION
Nutri-Huang must depend on parents, guardians and those
responsible for supervising children and teenagers under the age of
18 to decide which materials are appropriate for such children and
teenagers under the age of 18 to view and/or purchase. Nutri-Huang requires that (i) all purchases on the site be made by
adults 18 years of age or older, and (ii) all users who provide
personal information to Nutri-Huang be 18 years of age or older,
or, if under 18, that such information be accompanied by verifiable
parental consent.
JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with
the laws of Malaysia applicable to agreements made
and to be performed in Malaysia. You agree that any legal action
or proceeding between the Us and You for any purpose concerning this
Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought
exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction
sitting in Malaysia. Any cause of action or claim You may have
with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year
after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of
action is barred. In any dispute between Us and You relating to this
Service, We shall be entitled to attorneys' fees, costs and
expenses.
