I suffered from insomnia for many years. I guess too much on the “yang” side. I read for hours until my eyes were dead tired before I could sleep (and not too deep). I also suffered from weak bladder, going to the toilet every night for at least 5 to 6 times. Every day even though I went through my kungfu and chi kung routine diligently, I could not heal my insomnia problem until I discovered your product. I only took 6 capsules  everyday for 3 months. Dear Sir,

I just wanted to update you what is going on with me. It has been a month since I started taking your herbs and I have noticed significant changes and improvements in some areas of my health.
